Musicians using colors
I chose band ads in music magazines because they were pretty colorful, and I think that it's supposed to catch your eye, and then lead you to listen to some super "awesome" music. I chose the samples with the most color in them so that you can see that bands first want you to be awe struck by their artistic talent, and then explore their music. Maybe you'll like it and maybe you won't. The rhetoric features I found interesting was the text and the images they used, and possibly how they decided to capture the attention of their readers. But the question is, is it working? I suppose pleasing the eye is a first step before pleasing the ears.
