I liked the progressive nature of how the essay flows from one point to another via connection. That ideas are not extraneously pulled out of thin air in a hope that somehwere down the line a connection can be made. It was also relieving to know that requiring more than a specified number of sources covering a variety of different legitimate media stretched my brain and made me focus on quality over quantity.
My focus on research on this topic from here toward the argumentative thesis still aligns with what I had original interest in which was what happened in America to allow something like the Trail of Tears to happen. I may shift my focus more toward the legislation passed or the major political figureheads, yet it was the law (or lack thereof) that seemed to incite unrest.
I have no formal experience with annotated bibliographies. I have covered the background information on where it is used and the general format. However, this knowledge has never been translated and it has been 4 years since my last experience with an English course.
